Training

For many years, we have been training engineering and agility professionals. Our training offer focuses on the following main themes:

  • requirements engineering,
  • system engineering,
  • business analysis,
  • agility.

We offer a set of generic courses, but we can also adapt our training to the specific customers needs. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Our trainings in Requirements Engineering

Requirements engineering, fundamentals (ref. FIE / 2 days)

This training provides an opportunity for an organization or project team to examine all aspects of requirements engineering. Requirements engineering covers a variety of activities such as requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, specification of functional and non-functional requirements, requirement verification criteria, validation of requirements and requirement management.
This training allows participants to distinguish user requirements from system requirements, functions from constraints, and to present different methods of analysis prior to the specification of requirements. It takes into account the importance of requirements in the development process and lifecycle of the system, taking into account iteration developments and the impact of changes during the project.

IREB Certification in Requirements Engineering (FIREB-F / 3 days)

This training has a dual purpose for trainees. On the one hand, it allows us to understand all aspects of the engineering of the requirements in accordance with the IREB Syllabus (International Requirements Engineering Board) and on the other hand to prepare for the IREB CPRE certification exam of the "Fundamentals" level. At the end of the training, trainees will be able to take the official IREB exam.

Other advanced and RE@Agile IREB certification preparation courses may be offered.

Improve the statement of requirements (ref. FAEE / 1 or 2 days)

The purpose of this training is to give all the editors the basis for writing specifications, expressions of needs or requirement specifications with a high level of quality and consistency.

Soft Skills in Requirements Engineering (FSSIE / 2 or 3 days)

The aim of this training is to increase the skills of people directly involved in the engineering activities of the requirements by developing their behavioral and personal skills, called "soft skills".
The activities targeted during this training are the elucidation, negotiation and prioritization of requirements.

Our trainings in System Engineering

System engineering, fundamentals (ref. FIS / 1 day)

Whether technical or organizational, complex systems involve heterogeneous elements (materials, software, human actors) and their definition uses several disciplines (mechanics, electronics, computer science,…). System engineering is a cooperative and interdisciplinary approach based on methodology and tools to design, build, evolve and verify a complex system by mastering its complexity and optimizing, over the entire life cycle, the solution in terms of cost, quality and time.
The aim of this training is to provide participants with an awareness of system engineering and related concepts.

Our trainings in Business Analysis

Become a Business Analyst (FBA / 2 days)

The main reasons for project failure are due to requirements problems. In the world of the Information System, business analysis is a discipline that allows, based on the identification of the business needs of the company, to determine the most efficient solutions. The aim of this training is to provide participants with the knowledge necessary to understand the scope of activities of the discipline to become a Business Analyst.

Agile Business Analyst (FABA / 2 days)

Agility has been intruding at all levels of the company and Business Analysts can be strongly impacted by this change. The aim of this training is to present BA's business in an agile context based on the Agile Extension of BABOK (Business Analysis Body Of Knowledge). The content of the training is complemented by numerous exercises, games and situations.

IQBBA Certification in Business Analysis (FIQBBA / 3 days)

This training has a dual purpose for trainees. On the one hand, it allows us to understand all aspects of business analysis and to prepare for the examination of the IQBBA (International Qualifications Board for Business Analysis) in accordance with the syllabus "Certified Business Analyst Foundation Level" and the BABOK (Business Analysis Body Of Knowledge). At the end of the training, trainees will be able to take the official IQBBA exam.

Our trainings in Agility

Expression of need in an agile context (feb. FEBCA / 2 days)

Requirements engineering is a still-emerging discipline and at the same time it must adapt to the new so-called "agile" modes of development. This training helps to understand the issues and issues of requirements engineering in an agile context and proposes a draft engineering approach.
After a brief reminder of the fundamentals of engineering requirements and its general principles, a presentation of agility, its principles and concepts will be carried out.
In an agile context, what are the specifics of requirements engineering? How can we implement engineering activities, techniques and tools? We will try to answer those questions.

Agile project management methods (FMGPA / 2 days)

Agility becomes the new way projects are organized for the development of systems and software. User satisfaction, improved communication and better collaboration among stakeholders are the main challenges in setting up an agile project.
During these two days, participants will discover agile methods and identify best practices to implement to manage projects even more effectively.

Scrum Product Owner (FSPO / 2 days)

Scrum is the most commonly used practice for deploying agility on a small scale. On the occasion of these two days, after a reminder of the values and principles of agility, participants will discover the Scrum practice with all its concepts. They will understand the role of the Product Owner and all the activities it must carry out within an agile project.
